It has been two years since Serena Williams has competed at Wimbledon and she wanted to put everyone on notice that she is back. The four-time singles champion fired off a blazing 24 aces past her opposition, Victoria Azarenka, which was a new record. "I'm so excited," Williams said after advancing to her seventh final at the All England Club. "I've been working so hard, I really wanted it. Victoria is a great player. She was playing really well." Placed in the sixth seed, the awe-inspiring American beat the reigning Australian Open champion from Belarus, 6-3, 7-6 (8-6) on Centre Court.

Up next for Compton's own is Agnieszka Radwanska. The third-seeded tennis pro is also the first Polish woman to reach the Wimbledon championship match in 75 years. The two will meet at Centre Court this Saturday.
