And when infused into cocktails, the heat factor hits an all-time high. “Fresh ingredients play a big role in setting the mood,” says Lonn Coupel-Coward, beverage director of Ginny’s Supper Club in Harlem. “And let’s face it; there’s nothing’s sexier than a man who can create delectable concoctions for you to sip.” For a couple’s activity, mix these liquid love potions together for the ultimate foreplay. Says Coupel-Coward, “Feeding one another different components while building the drinks can be quite the tease.” This tantalizing trio of libations with stimulating ingredients is sure to keep the fire burning all night long.

1|Drunken Cherry
Makes 1 Cocktail

Ingredients:
1 1/2 ounces Hennessy
VSOP cognac
3/4 ounces fresh lemon juice
3/4 ounces simple syrup
3/4 ounces Heering
cherry liqueur
3 brandied cherries
Directions:
Pour all liquid ingredients into a shaker filled with ice and shake vigorously. Strain into martini glass and garnish with the cherries on a skewer.

Makes 1 Cocktail

Ingredients:
4 muddled strawberries
4 jalapeño slices
1 1/2 ounces tequila
1 ounce agave nectar
3/4 ounce fresh lime juice
   Prosecco
   Pomegranate seeds
Directions:
In a cocktail shaker, muddle the strawberries, then add jalapeño slices. Pour in tequilla, agave nectar, lime juice and ice, and shake vigorously. Strain with a Hawthorne strainer and a double strainer into a champagne flute. Top with Prosecco, and garnish by with pomegranate seeds to add a sexy bubbly effect.

3|Lil Sumptin’ Sumptin’
Makes 1 Cocktail

Ingredients:
5 basil leaves
1/2 ounce melted milk
chocolate
1 whole vanilla bean strand
2 ounces dark rum
1/2 ounce Coole Swan cream liqueur (or heavy cream)
1/2 ounce dark crème de cacao
Directions:
In a cocktail shaker, muddle
four of the basil leaves and add melted chocolate, then add the vanilla bean strand and continue muddling. Add remaining ingredients and ice, and shake vigorously. Strain with a Hawthorne strainer and a double strainer over ice in a rocks glass. Garnish with one basil leaf.
