Say it ain't so, Snoop! On Sunday, the legendary rapper posted an image of Ron Paul to Facebook, accompanied by the 4:20 mantra to "Smoke Weed Everyday." The man known behind-the-scenes as Calvin Broadus then captioned the image with a simple, "Because I said so."

While it hasn't been remarked if Snoop's quasi-endorsement of the would-be GOP frontrunner means he's withdrawn his support for President Barack Obama, the action ignited the comments section on Facebook. It's unclear whether the Doggfather was aware of Ron Paul's reported history of signing his name to racially-charged newsletters in the 1990s, but it does seem like he's drawn to Paul due to the libertarian-leaning candidate's stance on drugs.

Is the West Coast rapper and actor just high on his own supply and blind to the facts? Or has his endorsement signaled a shift of Black entertainers shying away from our Commander-in-Chief?
