Mark Buckley posted the video on Facebook on Feb. 14, which showed the officer pointing the gun at him after he said he wasn’t going to open the car door and get out of the vehicle.
"No, no, no. You cannot, you cannot pull me out of this," Buckley said in the video. He then repeatedly asks, “Why are you pulling a gun on me?” The officer tells him, “stop reaching for sh*t. Hands on the car.”
Buckley detailed what happened in the Facebook post. "I was allegedly pulled over for speeding but got no ticket. I got a ticket for resisting arrest and 3 traffic offenses,” he wrote last week. “I was also not allowed to file a complaint at the police station after I was released on UNSECURED BOND.”
Law enforcement told NBC on Wednesday that Buckley was arrested for resisting arrest, speeding and driving without insurance and registration.
Buckley said that the cop “revealed himself to be racist because he "kept referring to YOU PEOPLE," as he was taking him to the police station.
He told NBC News that he won’t be able to speak about the incident further until he talks to an attorney.
