The scariest, sexiest or silliest night of the year is upon us – Halloween! One of the first steps to make a boo-tiful scene on Halloween night is layering. “Layers of makeup are key. Use cream products first, and seal with powder. The colors will pop and last all night,” suggests Rivero.
