Innovative fashion designer Thakoon Panichgul has given us yet another reason to love him. The iconic beauty brand NARS and Thakoon have teamed up to bring us what are sure to be some of the summer's hottest nail colors. The collaborative nail polish collection feature six bold, radiant hues in colors across the rainbow spectrum, all bottled in signature, sleek NARS bottles. Always touted for his forward-looking, yet historically respectful designs, Thakoon has looked to the traditional Indian spice market as a major influence behind the radiant hues: "Anardana is an azalea pink, Ratin Jot an orchid purple, Amchoor a vibrant yellow, Kutki a pale blue, Koliary a cyan blue, and Lal Mirchi is a bright orangey red."

Keeping in line with the high-quality of both brands, the polishes are all chip-free, long-wearing and formaldehyde-free. That's not to say that these gorgeous paints aren't pricey. Beginning May 1, each polish will sell for $18 online at NARS official website, excluding Lal Mirchi which will only be sold at the NARS Bleeker Street boutique in NYC. Nail art aficionados may find these beauties to be a bang for their buck, while others may just leave it to the salons to scoop them up and get their nails did in that fashion. Having first collaborated with Target in early 2009, and now NARS, we wonder what fabulous partnership Thakoon will think up next
