The light lavender dress worn by Academy Award winner Octavia Spencer at this year's Golden Globes received so much positive feedback that Tadashi Shoji — the gown's designer — said that he will soon be creating a very similar design made specifically for the wedding aisle for his wedding collection.
"I love the way the soft draping envelops the figure while the jewel embellishment adds sparkle for a bride's big day," said the Shoji. Seeing as how Spencer's body has been praised for resembling that of real women, surely many a bride-to-be will be anticipating this hot wedding dress. However, the dress will not be made available until spring 2013, so those expecting to marry sooner may have to hold off for a bit. Spencer, who has about six projects in the works, received across the board positive feedback when it came to her several red carpet season looks, most of which were custom-made dresses designed by Shoji.
