Typically, girls leave sneakers to the boys– or the tomboys. Sometimes they’ll bring out the Skippy’s or boat shoes if they’re going for a vintage look. They may even go through a Converse or Vans phase if they feel like bringing out their inner punk, but this season’s sneaker—the sneaker wedge– was made specifically for the trendy chick looking to keep her comfy days cute.
Isabel Marant, Giuseppe Zanotti, Marc Jacobs and Ash seem to have hit the nail on the head with their sneaker wedge styles as they’ve become favorites of Beyonce, Alicia Keys and Tracee Ellis Ross on multiple occasions.
