There's no debating it, Fall season is here and with it comes the need for outerwear rises. Outerwear is more than just what keeps you warm; your choice in coat or jacket dictates what you wear underneath and it also completes your look. Not sure what outwear to wear?  We’ve got you covered.

PEA COATS

Pea coats are great for everyday, as they look good over a business casual look and for weekend outings—perfect for the guy who wants to be warm and still feel dapper.  Typically the pea coat is navy; however for the more daring guy, go for a pop color like red or perhaps a plaid or color block pattern.

DUFFLE COATS

The duffle coat is a great addition to your collection.   Reaching about ¾ length, these coats made of wool date back to British military times. Like the pea coat, the duffle is also a great all-purpose coat.  You can wear one over a business casual look or even with a pair of sweats and boots.

TOP COATS

Top coats are a necessity for formal events.  Nothing ruins suiting more than the wrong coat. For the more daring individual, try wearing the topcoat AS the suit jacket.  You can also dress it down by pairing it with denim and a turtleneck or a woven button down.

VARSITY JACKETS

Inspired by the jackets worn by athletes, the varsity jacket has remained a popular go to coat for casual dressing. Worn with a pair of denim, boots or sneakers, it’s a great addition for a guy who likes to be more dressed down on weekends, but still look cool.

BARBOUR JACKETS

Quilted jackets like the barbour are a great alterative to puffer coats.  More importantly, they are great jackets for the crisp fall days and nights. They come in a variety of colors and go great with khakis or denim, as well as sneakers or chukka boots.

PARKAS

Luckily, with the parka coat, function and fashion are not a mutually exclusive experience, as they are both stylish and extremely warm. Whether you have to venture out on a cold day or shovel snow, the parka's got you covered.
