Bad news for fans of R&B “It” girl SZA: The “Broken Clocks” songstress has plans to retire following the release of her sophomore album.

The Grammy-nominated singer recently told Flaunt that she isn’t happy with how much her life has changed since becoming famous and will channel that frustration into her new album. After that, it’s a wrap.

“I’m still miserable. My world got so much smaller so fast. I have so much to write about. I feel like I’m in a cage. I’m making the best album of my life for this next album and I know that… because it’s going to be my last album.”

Fans are hopeful the star is simply going through a phase; the “All the Stars” singer previously threatened retirement before the release of her debut album, CTRL.
