“At United, we are committed to creating pathways that build a more diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace and world, this includes launching innovative programs such as the United Aviate Academy for pilot careers and Calibrate for technician careers, which have consistently exceeded our goal that 50% of our cohort participants are women or people of color. Our longstanding partnership with OBAP is key in helping us to identify, build and mentor the next generation of aviation professionals," added United's Managing Director and Chief Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Officer Jessica Muench.
