Tiffany Haddish clearly hasn’t signed that NDA just yet, as the stand-up recently went into detail as to why she almost got into a fight while partying with Beyoncé, saying she was coming to Queen Bey’s defense after an actress bit the Lemonade singer.
In a new interview with GQ, the South Central, Los Angeles funny lady revealed that an unnamed actress was “doing the mostest” during the star-studded affair, and literally, “bit Beyoncé in the face.”
“So Beyoncé stormed away, went up to Jay-Z, and was like, ‘Jay! Come here! This b*tch—’ and snatched him,” Haddish dishes. “They went to the back of the room. I was like, ‘What just happened?’ And Beyoncé’s friend walked up and was like, ‘Can you believe this b*tch just bit Beyoncé?’”
“And so then…,” she continues, “a lot of things happened.”
Upon seeing Bey and Jay return to their crew, Haddish says she told the “Ego” singer, “I’m going to beat somebody ass at your party. I just want to let you know that.”
Apparently, Beyoncé knew the actress was on drugs, and told the comedian to let it go in the name of keeping the peace.
“Near the end of the party, Beyoncé’s at the bar, so I said to Beyoncé, ‘Did she really bite you?’ She was like, ‘Yeah.’ I was like, ‘She gonna get her ass beat tonight.’ She was like, ‘Tiffany, no. Don’t do that. That b*tch is on drugs. She not even drunk. The b*tch is on drugs. She not like that all the time. Just chill.’”
Beyoncé’s rep shared this statement with GQ:
“I absolutely cannot comment on any of this, as I have no knowledge.”
