Last year, Usher was accused of knowingly spreading herpes to several individuals, one of whom was an anonymous man claiming the two were intimate at a spa. The “Nice & Slow” singer has denied giving the virus to any of his accusers, and will now be forced to submit medical records to clear his name.
The Jasmine Brand reports a Los Angeles judge has ordered the Atlanta crooner to hand over his medical records, information about his doctors, treatments and insurance information. The 39-year-old has one month to do so, as the information will be used by his accuser to prep for their upcoming trial.
Mr. Raymond is also being sued by three women, one being Quantasia Sharpton, who claims the Grammy-winner exposed her to the virus after a concert in Atlantic City.
