Oscar nominee Viola Davis has been cast as Amanda Waller, the no-nonsense woman in charge of the titular team, according to Latino-Review.
While not official, Davis is reportedly close to signing on just as soon as matters are sorted concerning her busy TV schedule with How to Get Away With Murder, the show she is currently headlining. Her previous movie roles include The Help, Doubt, and Ender's Game.
