On Tuesday, rapper Big Sean, surprised children in Detroit with a special footwear package courtesy of Foot Locker.

The “I Know” musician presented students at Fisher Magnet Upper Academy with a pair of PUMA Clyde Velours. During the “Week of Greatness” campaign, its curators selected children from the Sean Anderson foundation for their physical displays of kindness throughout the year.

“It was really a blessing to meet these kids and put a smile on their faces. I always remember where I came from and really want to give back where and when I can,” Big Sean said in a press release sent to EBONY. “Detroit is super special to me and I am glad I could work with PUMA and Foot Locker to do something significant.”

big seanThe rapper also dropped off 100 pairs of kicks at the PUMA Lab Powered by Foot Locker in support of the Week of Greatness Puerto Rico Hurricane Relief.
