Television talk show host Wendy Williams on Friday released a public service announcement on substance abuse in honor of her national hotline. Created in partnership with Williams' The Hunter Foundation and T.R.U.S.T, the video will air across the country on a variety of television networks.

Proud of the hotline's accomplishments, the Emmy-nominated host said in a statement obtained by EBONY, "10,000 calls in three weeks is remarkable! We're doing our part by getting the word out. All it takes is one call to get on the right path. We're here to help."
More than just an opportunity for those who struggle with drugs and substance abuse, the hotline also offers support for the loved ones of those who are struggling.
Williams told viewers battling an addiction that there is no shame in their struggles. "There is hope. I'm living proof," she said.
The hotline is accessible 24 hours and is led by certified recovery coaches who provide assessments and match callers with treatment.
