Aquarius [Jan 21st to Feb 18th]

#MeTime:  If I had to write 50 of the all-time great things about Aquaboogies, I think what would top the list is your wholesome faith in Truth and change.  You scared me last week when I saw you drinking from the flask of cynicism and convenience. But Jupiter’s foray into Gemini is one key thing that will fuel your renewed faith and search for Truth.  And not a moment too soon! This week is a big astro moment because Uranus and Pluto square off and it may feel like a cultural & social earthquake over the next few weeks.  It’s a call for renewal on a fundamental level, and you may find yourself holding the space for people to share their insights and to figure out how we move forward in a way that’s more inclusive and truthful.

#Heartstrings: Actually, last week’s impatience yields to this week’s emphasis on pleasure. The interesting thing about pleasure is that, in proper measure, it can stimulate a certain efficient laziness.  Another way to think about it is that resting from work, especially with someone who heats you up, is another way to get to better productivity and efficiency…when you return fully to work. In the interim, take time to lick your wounds from the last few weeks…and if you can, lick someone else’s.

#MoneyMoves: Indulge me about something. I’m a big Superman fan. There’s even an age old argument that Superman could even be an Aquarius.  (I believe he’s a Gemini, but we’ll save that issue for another time.) But I really think it’s kinda dumb that Supes works at a newspaper rather than working with the UN or some other world-centered organization.  So we end up with a popular mythos about a guy who mainly manages sudden disasters and emergencies rather solving some bigger issues and problems.  That’s kinda how I feel about what’s happening with you this week, Aquarius. It might even be how you feel about you.  You’re not going to want to be too “hands-on” this week on the job, so automate as much as you can or get better at the dying art of delegation.  Focus on the cogs, not the minute hand.
