Who runs the world? Beyoncé! Kicking off her Mrs. Carter Show World Tour today in Serbia, H&M decided to add to the fire that is Queen Bey by debuting bikini images of the superstar from the "Beyoncé as Mrs. Carter in H&M" campaign.
