After eight films that have amassed almost $5 billion worldwide, the Fast & Furious franchise is introducing its first stand-alone spin-off. Dwayne Johnson and Jason Statham star and are reprising their roles as Luke Hobbs and Deckard Shaw in Fast & Furious Presents: Hobbs & Shaw.
The two rivals find themselves teaming up against cybergenetically enhanced anarchist Brixton, played by Idris Elba, in the new film. Check out the action-packed trailer below.
In October, Elba spoke on the role, calling Brixton "one of the most badass villains the Fast & Furious franchise has ever seen!”
