Welp.

For those of y’all who thought that Jay Electronica was in hip-hop hibernation, maybe it’s time for you to wipe the sleep out of your eyes.

Jay, on the heels of some much publicized jabs at both Kendrick Lamar and 50 Cent via Periscope, took to a track to make his feeling Crystal Pepsi clear on Monday.  His “Curse of Mayweather” may sound somewhat like a slow burner, but it quickly evolves into all-out carnage. It turns out the New Orleans god MC was more than a little miffed at Lamar’s “Control” verse as he assails Lamar, seemingly questioning whether he is a Jedi or a Sith Lord, Neo or Agent Smith.  Ouch.  He even mulls going for the jugular on Curtis Jackson, a man we know ain’t for the games on social media or in rap beef.

Check out the song and let us know if you think the self-described Jay ElecRamadaan got his point across.
