Last year, K. Michelle decided it was time to get back to her natural shape by having the fillers injected into her backside removed. The whole process has been taxing for the singer, which has included two separate surgeries and a ton of recovery.
The “Love ‘Em All” songstress recently took to Instagram Live with tears in her eyes, sharing that she recently also had a blood transfusion, which took a huge toll on her body. She also thanked her loyal followers for their prayers and support.
“I’ve been sick. I’m doing better. So I love y’all, so much. It’s been so rough. I’ve had blood transfusions, everything. It’s been a really rough week. But I thank y’all for everything. I’m ok. I’m crying because I’m happy. I’m not crying because I’m sad. It’s been so painful. It’s been a lot. So I just thank God that I made it out on the other side.”
Earlier this years, the Memphis native also appeared on The Steve Harvey Show to discuss her surgeries, saying she’s learned her lesson when it comes to putting foreign objects or fluids in her body.
