Lauryn Hill Remixes Drake’s ‘Nice For What’ Live at the Apollo (VIDEO)

Fans of Lauryn Hill have been rocking out to Drake’s latest single, “Nice For What,” for weeks, as the chart-topper samples the iconic artist’s song “Ex-Factor.”

During a tour stop at Harlem’s legendary Apollo Theater celebrating the 20th anniversary of The Mis-Education of Lauryn Hill,  Hill took it upon herself to remix the track live, to the surprise and pleasure of the crowd who instantly lost it when they heard the beat drop.

“See this is ‘Ex-Factor’/ He took the sample/ My sh*t is classic/ Here’s an example!,” the former Fugee spit before unloading a few bars. Fellow artists like Swizz Beatz have all encouraged Drake to reach out the Jersey MC to kill the official remix.
