TDE’s “The Championship Tour” features all of the labels key artists, including Kendrick Lamar and SZA. Unfortunately, the latter has no choice but to pull out of the tour under doctor’s orders.
SZA, real name Solána Imani Rowe, won’t be hitting the stage with her label mates for a while, as she’s suffered swollen vocal cords. To prevent any lasting damage, she’ll sit out the remainder of their North American tour dates, according to The Jasmine Brand.
Label head, Top Dawg, revealed her throat problems have already affected a few dates.
