Kanye West revealed his new album cover and it’s raising some eyebrows.

The rapper tweeted a text message conversation between him and a friend where he showed a picture of Dr. Jan Adams, who performed his mother’s, Donda West’s, last surgery.

“This is my album cover. This is plastic surgeon Jan Adams. The person who performed my moms final surgery. Do you have any title ideas?” West wrote. “I want to forgive and stop hating.”

Donda died in November 2007 after undergoing plastic surgery by Dr. Adams. An autopsy revealed that she died from a heart condition while “multiple post-operative factors,” PEOPLE reported at the time.

His friend Wes responded with, “LOVE EVERYONE,” with the 40-year old rapper saying, “I love that.”

For the past few days, West has been making headlines. He expressed his love for President Donald Trump, tweeted out a private conversation between him and John Legend and has plans to launch a social welfare program to help Chicago residents.
