A Jacksonville, Florida middle school teacher will keep his job after it was reported that he warned his students about dating black boys, according to HuffPost.
David Swinyar, 48, was suspended for 10-days from Kernan Middle School for allegedly using the “N-word” in front of his students.
He’s also accused of yelling and facing students in a “physically aggressive manner,” according to Duval County School District investigation.
Swinyar had reportedly told students that they should avoid dating black male students.
“If your boyfriend says bad things to you and/or treats you wrong, that means that he’s acting like a n****r,” he said, the report claims. “You all should not be dating all these different African Americans [sic] boys because they are not worth it.”
