Grilled Green Tomato Burrata Bites
- 4 large green tomatoes, sliced
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup balsamic glaze
- 1 cup fresh basil leaves
- 1 pound burrata cheese
- Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Brush tomato slices with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Grill the tomato slices for 2-3 minutes per side, or until grill marks appear.
- Arrange grilled tomato slices on a serving platter. Top each slice with a spoonful of burrata.
- Drizzle balsamic glaze over the tomatoes and burrata.
- Garnish with fresh basil leaves.
